I had such a wonderful experience working with Lara while planning a very complicated cross-country trip. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 large dogs, and she somehow managed to find hotels that were comfortable, pet-friendly and in great locations. She was incredibly responsive, patient, organized, and thoughtful with every detail. What really impressed me was her level of follow-up throughout the entire trip. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, asked how each hotel worked out for us, and was always quick to help if we needed to make adjustments or had questions along the way. It truly felt like she cared about our experience from start to finish. Moving across the country is stressful enough, but having someone take the time to research great options and make the process feel easier was such a huge help. I would absolutely recommend Lara to anyone looking for a travel agent who goes above and beyond and makes travel planning feel personal instead of overwhelming.
